Pokemon breeding help please?

So what I want is a Staryu egg that will already know cosmic power when hatched (A lv5 Staryu with cosmic power). I've got two Starmies that know cosmic power, and I deleted all the other moves so cosmic power is their only moves. If I breed them, will my the egg have cosmic power?
