I've been working out for a year now. So far, I have lose 55 lbs, starting weight 260, current weight 205. I would like to lose 10-15 lbs before I go to the beach in july...is it possible? If so, how? I just have a little weight around my stomach and love handles left to go...Im not expecting ryan reynolds looks, but slightly visible to marginally cut abs would be cool. I can see the top 4 right now! I just need to know what diet and exercise I should be doing...nothing is too crazy at this point. Suppliments, routines, foods, what do i need?
