OceanLab's "Sirens of the Sea Remixed" album?

Has anyone encountered an online vendor who sells the physical CD of this album WITH the bonus tracks? iTunes offers the downloads for the songs, including the bonus tracks, but all the sellers I've searched (such as Amazon) only sell the album's original content. I was wondering if anyone knew of a means to buy the physical CD WITH the bonus tracks on them. If not, I suppose I'll have to download the bonus tracks separately that aren't included. I'd rather have these tracks on the CD itself, though, as CD quality is (albeit marginally) superior to MP3 quality (even at 320kbps), not to mention it'd be nicer to have it all on one medium. Thanks for any insight on this, however trivial it may seem.
