If the speed of light cannot be broken by anything explain this?

Google "observable universe" and look at the Wikipedia site. Scroll down to "observable Universe vs universe ". Or google " inflationary universe". Special Relativity does not constrain how fast space-time can expand or contract. It is like running on a train. Your top speed is 20 kph but if the train is going 200 kph it does not matter. It does not change how fast you can run
