How do I remove black hair-dye from my face?!?

Just yesterday I decided to dye my hair Cosmic Blue (it is really dark with a blue tint). While applying the mixture to my hair a lot of it got on my forehead and on the nape of my neck. I removed most of it but I have very light blonde hair on my forehead that has now turned black and it's not going away no matter what I do. If anyone knows any methods that can help me remove it please answer, I am dying to get it off my face... get it? DYING?
